Welcome to my Meditation Page!This is a page designed to give you an insight into a meditative technique I've used for almost 10 years. For me it is a way to escape into myself where I can begin to accept those things I cannot change and develop ways to change those things that I can. My life's journey has provided me with insights that many seek out. Let me present to you a method, a way to go inside yourself to be calm and productive. TEREZON The Basics of “Going to Dimension" SCRIPT: · Calm yourself, forget the pressures of the day and prepare your consciousness for a very special trip, a journey of mind and soul, into the dimension of the secret place ... the initiatory world of causes, the creative realm of imagination, the realm of psychic power. · The following is a TEREZON tape ... on programming your consciousness for going to DIMENSION ... This is a tape that you can use often, again and again whenever you feel the need to reprogram yourself to re-center yourself in order to go to dimension. · There are many advantages to going to dimension, not only the relaxation that you receive and the stress reduction but the very practical purposes of using dimension as a tool in conjunction with other tools, like the stage of the mind, or the Book of Beliefs or once again just to relax. Perhaps even to program dreams. · The first thing you want to do is find a very comfortable place to be seated. I say be seated as opposed to laying down because if you lay down, I assure you, you’re going to go to sleep. So find yourself a very comfortable place be seated in a position with your spine as straight as possible and both feet flat on the floor, hands loosely in the lap - palm upward... · Close your eyes, take a deep breath and while exhaling, mentally focus on relaxing. First begin to relax your feet, feel your toes begin to tingle and relax, then your ankles and your calves. Feel the relaxation flow upward through your body like a slow, warm liquid. Feel your thighs relax and your buttocks, then your torso and insides.., everything is flowing with a warmth of relaxation.... Feel your chest relax ... and then focus on your fingers and hand. Feel the tingle and then the warm flow of relaxation overtake your hands and forearms as it moves up to your biceps and shoulders. Feel the wonderfully relaxing feeling as the flow begins to move through your neck and know that all of your facial muscles are totally relaxing. Feel your eyes and jaw relax? Feel the sagging of your facial muscles as you allow the tension to leave them and relaxation spread. What a wonderful feeling. This is the kind of relaxation that rebuilds the body and spirit to allow it to cope with the world of today. · Take a deep breath — And as you let your breath out, relax your arms, feel how heavy they have become, like two pieces of metal extended from your body ... Take another deep breath and as you let that breath out ... relax your legs. Feel how heavy your legs are becoming ... again like two pieces of metal extending from your body. Heavy,.., causing you to be tired, causing you to relax deeper and deeper . . . as we go along. Now lets take another deep breath and as you let it out relax every muscle, nerve, fiber and cell of your body realizing that these moments are all that you have, tomorrow is a thousand hours away and all you have right now are these few moments of absolute peace and ... absolute comfort. Take another deep breath and as you let it out, again relax every muscle, nerve, fiber and cell of your body ... Your eyelids are beginning to feel very very heavy and as you allow them to relax ... you’ll go deep into the secret place of the most high. · In a moment I am going to count from one to five. When I reach the count of five you will be deeply relaxed, deeply located, deeply positioned in the secret place, in the kingdom within. Should an emergency arise, you will have no problem opening your eyes and coming back to normal consciousness. · One ... Take another deep breath and as you let it out relax every muscle, nerve, fiber and cell of your body, remembering that this day will soon be gone ... and tomorrow is a thousand hours away and all you have right now are these few moments of absolute peace and absolute comfort.... That’s Dimension One. · Two ... Picture in your minds eye, if you will, that you are riding in the back seat of a car on a long trip. Perhaps you’re a child again, riding in the back seat of a car on a long trip. It’s raining outside and the windshield wipers are swishing back and forth, back and forth.., back and forth.. You can hear the tires as they push the pavement away, the miles role by... It’s a very comfortable feeling to be in the back seat of a car, deeply relaxed, on a long trip. It’s a very sleepy feeling and it makes you to slip deeper and deeper in that special place of mind. That’s Dimension two. · Picture in your minds eye, if you will, that you are in a boat. You’re laying on your back .,. with a life jacket for a head rest. It is a beautiful, bright, sunny October day... You’re laying on your back with your head positioned on the life jacket so that you’re staring into that bright blue October sky. The most intense, the most incredibly blue sky you’ve ever seen in your life. And the farther you go out into the lake, the deeper and the more peaceful you go into consciousness. And as you stare into that incredibly blue October sky.. there in that sky is one singular cloud,., the largest,.. the fluffiest,., the whitest cloud you’ve ever seen in your life. And as you stare at that cloud, somehow you feel like you . . . and that cloud are one.., and as that cloud moves across the sky your consciousness moves with it. Deeper and deeper as the cloud grows smaller and smaller, until the cloud becomes only a dot in the far distance, then only a speck,... then it’s totally gone. THREE FOUR · Picture in your minds eye, if you will, that you are standing at the top of a flight of steps. There are ten steps down, it’s an escalator. And you know what happens when you reach halfway down... That’s when you go deeply into the secret place... Walk with me down those ten steps,.. knowing that your consciousness goes deeper and deeper into the secret place.. with every step that you descend. · Step TEN ... Your legs are so tired now · Step nine... You’re aware of your breathing.. every breath you take carries you deeper and deeper into consciousness · Step eight .... eyelids so heavy you couldn’t open them if you wanted to. · Step seven ... Remember for all practical purposes the day is almost gone and tomorrow is a thousand hours away and all you have right now are just a few minutes of absolute peace absolute comfort. · Step six ... Every beat of your heart... carries you deeper and deeper.. and now prepare yourself to go much deeper. · Step five ... Go deep into the secret place · Four ... Go a hundred times deeper Softer and softer · Three ... Go five hundred times deeper · Two ... Go a thousand times deeper · One... Go ten thousand times deeper... .Deep.. Deeply relaxed in the secret place · Now you are at the secret place ... of the most high.... This is the kingdom within. This is your kingdom within. This is the place where you will come to once a day, twice a day ... and better still three times a day to do that special work you’ve come to do or to relax and relieve tension. Whether Programming on the stage of the mind, programming for dream control or for whatever purpose....this is the special place that you want to be in. Take a few minutes now as you listen to the music and allow yourself to center yourself at your ideal place of relaxation. A place that you can go to and feel completely at peace with yourself, secure ... safe.., a pleasant place to rest and rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit.
PAUSE for 5 minutes
· It’s a wonderful feeling to be deeply relaxed. A very healthy... state of being. Come to this place often. This is your secret place. .this is your place of rejuvenation. This is the place of first causes. Make no mistake about it.. .your life does not begin on the outside as you’ve been led to believe by the previous events and circumstances of your life. Become now the initiator of events. By going here often and programming those events that you want to occur in your life. While you’re at this relaxed and deep dimension of mind that you are at now, I am going to reiterate and reprogram the steps that you will use for going to dimension by yourself · If you have some soft, pleasant music, like you are hearing here ... you should turn it on as a soft background accompaniment · You will find a comfortable position, you will close your eyes, you’ll take a deep breath and while exhaling you will mentally repeat and visualize the number three at least three times. · And you’ll take a deep breath and while exhaling you will mentally repeat and visualize the number two at least three times. · And then take another deep breath and while exhaling you will mentally repeat and visualize the number one at least three times. · Mentally tell yourself that you are now at Dimension One, the dimension that you associate with psychic and clairvoyant functioning, the dimension from which all objective reality comes, ... the kingdom within you, the secret place. · Tell yourself that you’re going to count from ten to one and that on each descending number you will feel yourself going deeper and deeper. Then you begin counting.... · 10, 9 feel yourself going deeper, 8 ,.. .7 6,... 5 deeper and deeper, 4, ...3,...2....1.... take a deep breath and feel yourself going deeper. · Mentally tell yourself that you are now at a deeper dimension of mind, much deeper than before. Tell yourself mentally that you may enter a deeper, healthier dimension of mind simply by relaxing ... your eyelids. Then relax · At this point you can do any work that you’ve come to dimension to do using any of the mental imaginative tools. Dream programming, stage of the mind any programming with these tools that you might want to accomplish. · When you are through programming or even just relaxing at this subjective dimension, then you are ready to proceed with the “Coming Out.” · Mentally tell yourself that in a moment you are going to count from 1 to 5 and at that time you will be wide awake and feeling fine, feeling better than you felt before. · 1..-.. · 2 coming out slowly now... · 3- at the count of five you will be wide awake and feeling fine, feeling the way you feel when you have slept the right amount of relaxing, revitalizing, rejuvenating sleep. · 4.. · .. 5 (snap fingers) eyes open, wide awake, feeling fine. Feeling better than you felt before. This is the proper procedure for going to dimension. Listen to this tape often.. it will reprogram, reorient your thinking processes to easily allow you to lead yourself into these deep, deep places of consciousness.
