Each of us knows that to ever have anything, we must first have visualized it. Nothing can ever happen unless we can truly see it within ourselves. Using the techniques of Terezon to visualize means that within your mind you can actually live the events. During the basic Terezon class you learn how to go to this special place to act out the scenes as you wish them to happen.

Within the business environment it is important to take the time to meditate and visualize just how the outcome should be before outside events have the opportunity to overcome you. As an example, no manager enjoys confrontation or unpleasant tasks, but they are a basic part of the job requirement. If you are to counsel an employee for unacceptable work place behavior, then you should first have that counseling session in your mind. Place yourself in the room with the employee and see the final result. During your meditation thank the universe for having provided you this opportunity and then begin to watch yourself and the employee enter the room. Allow yourself to sit back and relax while observing the physical reactions of the employee and know that what you say to him/her is the right and appropriate thing to say. See the end result of the session as positive and encouraging. Know that the solutions attained are for the best and that both of you gain from the session. It has been a win, win situation. You have listened to the employee share with you personal insights and you have been able to assist the employee and have strengthened the relationship considerably.

If an important meeting is scheduled and you need for the outcome to go a certain direction, then visualize yourself leaving the meeting with the desired outcome as the result. Know, however that what you desire is not necessarily the 'right' or 'best' possible outcome. I would suggest that when a meeting is scheduled you meditate on the 'best possible result for all concerned' to be the desired result. Leave yourself open for the universe to provide solutions to you that are beyond your normal experiences, education and knowledge.
